The client platform provides transparency and traceability for different processes, in a simple and intuitive way. Through it, it is possible to access, in real time, the details of quantities, dates, associated documents and procedures fulfilled.

The platform has interfaces with the systems used, the transport fleet and with the CENABAST platform, to reflect the data of each delivery in an efficient and timely manner.

The development of interfaces is part of our value proposition, becoming pioneers in its massive use with our clients.
IT Development is a Strategic Unit of Novofarma, with a human team specialized in design, development, testing and documentation of integration solutions.
This dedicated team of 16 people has years of experience in integrations with different client systems, with 98% of them having some type of integration. We deliver our experience and focus on tailor-made design for our clients, in the integration of computer systems from the most basic to the most complex levels, adapting to the systems of different organizations.
We have recently improved integration with transport providers (couriers), allowing us to electronically receive delivery information as well as images of the invoices delivered to end clients.
Information security
Novofarma’s operation is supported by the latest generation Nutanix hyper converged equipment, which ensures high processing performance of data and backups.
We have our own IT Operations area that oversees the operational continuity of the company on a permanent basis.
We also have a validated infrastructure, guaranteeing high standards of security and access control to our systems, state-of-the-art data backups and backup power support for our data center.
The operation has backup links and 24/7 monitoring of services that help support the operation of the company.
